Come join us for our biweekly meditation and discussion in the Lotus Hall of the Florida Community Of Mindfulness Practice Center (~20-25 minutes from USF Tampa Campus). . . . . We will guide you through a 20-30 minute sitting meditation, followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation.
