Engineering Futures is an award-winning curriculum from Tau Beta Pi that provides professional skills training in interpersonal communication, team and meeting management, creative problem-solving, and oral presentations. Our seminar will be led by USF alumnus Wayne Paugh, who has real-world experience applying the topics he will present. In an age of growing anonymity and technical reliance, it is more important than ever for engineers to gain the communication skills necessary to be both competent and competitive in the workplace and their personal endeavors and develop.
