    Come volunteer with PAMSA and Minority Exposure to STEM (METS) for STEM Night at Bing Elementary! Registration will not count if you do not fill out the form. You can fill it our prior or after registration. After registration, you will be redirected to the form. More information regarding roles and responsibilities is on the form and volunteers will be sent additional communication when they are selected. . . . . What is METS?. . METS is a student-founded nonprofit advocating for increased STEM education and literacy for underrepresented and underprivileged youth.. . . . METS partners with elementary schools across the Tampa Bay area to give students the opportunity to dive deeper into science and technology through STEM Nights. . . . . STEM Nights provide a space where students can ask bold questions, form new ideas, and explore the possibilities that lie beyond the classroom’s textbooks. . . . . Each science fair booth at a STEM night aligns with a STEM career and corresponds with one or more Next Generation Sunshine State Standards (NGSSS), the core curriculum set for Florida public schools by the Florida Department of Education. . .
