If you and/or your team members have not filled out our online Liability Waiver, please do so prior to the start of your upcoming shift: Volunteer Liability Waiver.. . . . Attire. . . . In consideration of your safety, volunteers MUST wear flat, closed-toe shoes. Volunteers may not wear tank tops; sleeveless or short-cut shirts (crop tops); or short-shorts. If these guidelines are not followed, volunteers will be asked to reschedule their shift.. . . . Additional Reminders. . . . - Parking: Turn into the parking lot from Nebraska Ave. and park in any available space. The "volunteer entrance" to the cafe is at the back of the building labelled with a purple "volunteer entrance" sign. Enter the double doors next to the generator; this takes you directly into the kitchen. You will be directed to the dining room. If our main parking lot is full (please do not double park), you may park across the street at the Family Dollar Store providing you do NOT use the parking lot in front of the entrance; you may park in the further eight spots back. . . . . - Arrival time: Please arrive no earlier than 10:30am and no later than 11:00am for lunch. The Volunteer Captain will check you in, make assignments, and conduct orientation prior to service. . . . . - Community service hours accepted for school/work requirements ONLY. You must bring a form with the school/work logo on it to be signed the day you volunteer.
