Hello MIMbers! . . . . Minorities in Medicine have partnered with the Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful and will be hosting a group volunteering event at Takomah Trail Park! This event is a wonderful opportunity to earn volunteer hours while giving back to our community and contributing to a cleaner environment. At Minorities in Medicine, we believe that service and leadership go hand-in-hand with our mission to improve not just the health of individuals, but also the wellbeing of our local community.. . . . We will provide all necessary supplies for the clean-up, including gloves, bags, and recycling materials, so all you need to bring is your energy and enthusiasm. This event is a chance for everyone to come together, make new connections, and work towards a cleaner, greener environment. It also aligns with our broader values of promoting health and wellness for our local community, specifically the Tampa Bay area.. . . .
