TRASPPORTATION WILL BE OFFERED.. . The van will leave the Sarasota-Manatee campus at 7:30 AM on 11/20 and the leave the Mote at 10:30 AM. We should return to the Sarasota-Manatee campus around 11:00AM. . . . . CONFIRMATION PROCESS. . Once you have registered, you will be contacted to confirm your spot. If you do not confirm within the timeline set in the email, you will automatically be REMOVED from the attendee list. Confirming your spot is REQUIRED to participate in the event.. . . . NO-SHOW POLICY. . If you RSVP for a ticket and do not cancel your RSVP at least 24 hours in advance AND/OR do not show up for the event, you may be charged for the entire cost of your ticket (estimated at $60) and blocked from upcoming ticketed events sponsored by USF Sarasota-Manatee campus departments and student organizations until that amount has been paid.. . . . STUDENT CONDUCT. . Students are expected to refrain from alcohol use, and follow all safety policies while attending this off-campus event. Failure to do so may result in a referral to the Office of Student Conduct & Ethical Development.. .
