Erika Domenech, a Puerto Rico native and graduate of the University of South Florida’s Master of Health Administration program (Class of 2022), is a Project Manager specializing in hospital operations and healthcare construction. She led the development of her organization’s first Project Management infrastructure, enabling strategic initiatives in facility renovation, capacity expansion, and process improvement. Erika has overseen multimillion-dollar projects including a freestanding ER, specialized procedure rooms, and ICU unit expansions. She is passionate about advancing healthcare delivery and aims to grow as a leader in hospital operations and strategic planning across the Tampa Bay Area.
